ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
EASYHP currently provides both free and paid credit verification services to its respective users, and you understand this Service may also include advertisements in different forms.

You are responsible for obtaining access to EASYHP Service and EASYHP is not responsible for the charges (if any) of any services needed for you to obtain such access.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
To use the EASYHP Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, and complete information about yourself/your company during and after registration.

EASYHP reserves the rights to terminate your account with EASYHP and refuse any future and current use of EASYHP Service.

ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive your account information which includes username and password when your registration for the use of EASYHP service is approved by EASYHP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these information. You are fully responsible for all activities accur under your account. You agree to (a) inform EASYHP of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you sign out from your account at the end of each session. EASYHP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

USE OF EASYHP SERVICE
Using EASYHP Service requires you to ensure that your username, password are provided accurately. It is your responsiblility to ensure that you sign out from your session after using the Service.

EMAILS FROM EASYHP
EASYHP reserves the rights to send emails to you regarding EASYHP and its business partners, new services, virus alerts and information that EASYHP considers necessary for your attention.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, resell any portion of EASYHP Service, use of EASYHP Service, or access to EASYHP Service.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
EASYHP reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue or add new services temporarily or permantly to the Service with or without notice.

TERMINATION
You agree that EASYHP reserves the right to terminate your account, your use of the Service with effect without prior notice.

DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS
EASYHP is not responsible for any business dealings between you and other parties including advertisers, advertising agencies. EASYHP will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort between you and such parties.

USER CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text ("Content") privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not EASYHP are entirely responsible for all such Content that you posted, email, transmit via EASYHP.

You agree not to use EASYHP Service to make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, vulgar, harassing, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to impersonate any person or entity.

You agree not to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through EASYHP Service.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You understand and agree that your use of the Service ia at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. EASYHP expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

EASYHP makes no warranty that (a) the Service will meet your requirements, (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (e) any errors in the software will be corrected.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss data that results from the download of any such material.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from EASYHP or through or from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms And Conditions.

UNSOLICITED EMAIL
EASYHP does not allow you to distribute of unsolicited email (spam).

Sending junk email or spam from EASYHP Service is not acceptable to EASYHP. Users found in violation of this term may be banned from using the Service.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
EASYHP will not be held responsible for the customer information provided in the EASYHP website. It is the EASYHP members' responsibilities to ensure the customers are notified before their information is provided to the EASYHP website.

EASYHP will not be held responsible for the accuracy of the customer information provided by EASYHP members.
